Growing up in a small town in Armenia was an unlikely place to start for a young singer songwriter and producer, who, after performing at a small music festival in their village, would find herself on TV in front of millions of viewers competing on Eurovision, then racking up millions of streams on Spotify, going viral on TikTok, landing a chart topping hit song in America, and a major label record deal with Columbia Records, all within the past couple of years. But that’s exactly what happened for the SHERO of this fairytale, Rosa Linn, who has now released a series of hugely successful singles, is working on songs for her debut album with an impressive array of writers and producers, and is about to head out on the road opening for Ed Sheeran. It’s an exciting time to meet and introduce you to Rosa Linn as this week’s SHERO in the Spotlight.
